Comfortable apartment with a solarium overlooking the Tuscan Archipelago.

Distributed on two levels it can accommodate up to seven people. Poorly suited for families with children, but ideal for tight-knit groups.

Equipped with a bedroom with two single beds (on request they can become a double bed). In the living area a comfortable sofa bed (always double), equipped kitchen with dishwasher and freezer, table and chairs, large bathroom with bathtub.

On the mezzanine there is a second bathroom (with shower) and a large open-plan bedroom with a double and a single bed.

The solarium on the attic is furnished with sunbeds, table and chairs. The shading canopy protects from the sun during the hottest hours and from evening humidity.
